This year for 2015, and from the organisers website
Worthing's Carnival has been celebrating all the great and good in Worthing since 1921, making it one of the oldest carnival's in the UK.
For 2015 we're making it bigger and better.
We're going to be hogging the whole August Bank Holiday weekend in 2 of Worthing's best spots. You'll find activities for the kids including pop up theatre, circus tops and interactive art installations.
For the grown ups there's some fantastic music all weekend, a free day festival for the whole family, a vintage themed chill out day and of course the parade itself on Bank Holiday Monday.
Carnival will take place in Steyne Gardens and the newly regerated area of Splashpoint making the venues accessible and safe. As well as being situated on our beautiful beachfront making the best of our fabulous coastal environment.
